The compact RF100-400mm F5.6-8 IS USM is a telephoto lens perfect for wildlife, sports, and travel. It offers a versatile zoom range and fast Nano USM focusing, making it similar to the EF 70-300mm F4.5-5.6 IS II USM lens in size but with the ability to reach up to 400mm. It also provides up to 6 stops of Coordinated IS with certain EOS R series cameras. This lens has a single Ultra Low Dispersion lens element at the front which reduces chromatic aberration throughout the zoom range for clear and vibrant images. It can also use both the RF1.4x and RF2x tele extenders for a maximum focal length of 560mm and 800mm. The control ring allows for easy adjustments to shutter speed and aperture, providing quality, convenience, and control for the user.
