We always do our best to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. But sometimes unforeseen issues happen during delivery. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen from your porch, we want you to be protected. That’s why we offer AfterShip Protection.

You can add protection to your order during checkout. If you choose not to add protection, our options become limited and we might not be able to compensate you for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

All claims must be filed within 90 business days of the order being shipped.

If your order is lost, damaged, or porch pirated, you can file a claim here. For qualified claims, we will replace any and all damaged items depending on availability, or issue a refund.

The following section offers some guidance for when and how to submit a claim.

LOSS

If your shipment shows as “Delivered” but nothing arrived:

  • Check your front and back porch, garage, bushes, etc. Ask your neighbors if they accepted the package for you. Check with the carrier or our support team to confirm that the package was actually delivered.
  • If you are still unable to locate your package, you can submit a claim here.

If the shipment status is no longer updating and the shipment is presumed lost by the carrier:

  • Check with the carrier or our support team to confirm that shipment is actually lost.
  • If the carrier cannot locate your shipment, you can submit a claim here.

DAMAGE

If your products arrived damaged:

  • You can submit a claim here.
  • Include photos of the damaged packaging and products along with your claim.
  • AfterShip Protection only covers damage to the actual products. If only the packaging or shipping box is damaged, your order will not be eligible for a claim.

PORCH PIRACY

If you believe your package was stolen: 

  • Check your front and back porch, garage, bushes, etc. Ask your neighbors if they accepted the package for you. Check with the carrier or our support team to confirm that the package was actually delivered.
  • You can submit a claim here.
  • Include any photographic proof you have of the theft from door cameras etc. along with your claim.

FAQ

Is there a time limit for submitting a claim?
Yes. All claims must be filed within 90 business days of the order being shipped.

I don’t want protection. Can I get a refund?
If you no longer want to purchase AfterShip Protection and your order has not shipped, contact us immediately and we will refund the protection fee. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot process refund requests for AfterShip Protection. Orders that do not include the AfterShip Protection will no longer be covered against loss, damage, or porch piracy.

What if my replacement order is also lost, damaged, or stolen?
AfterShip Protection covers replacement orders as well. In the unfortunate event that your items are lost, damaged, or porch pirated a second time, you can simply file another claim.

Does protection cover shipments that don’t arrive on time?
AfterShip Protection does not cover orders that are delayed or delivered later than expected.

How long does it take to receive a replacement or refund?
Once the claim has been approved, we normally handle replacements and refunds within 3-5 business days.
