Shopping Information

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No, however, you will be given the option at checkout to set up an account. Setting up an account is for your benefit to assist with order tracking, setting up wishlists and easy returns.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Yes, you can cancel your order with in the first 24hrs prior to shipment.

How Do I Use A Gift Card?

When issued a gift card code, simply input the code at checkout as a form of payment to receive the discount from your order.

If the gift card total does not cover complete cost you will be able to utilize a second form of payment to complete your order.

Do You Have Restock Notifications?

We do have restock notifications! If a product is coming back in stock, simply click on the size of the product you're wanting to be notified of and a button should appear that says once some come back in stock, it will send you an email to notify you.

What If I Want To Speak With Someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays may not receive a reply until the following Monday.

We use USPS, UPS and/or DHL Shipping, plus  Amazon and Walmart Fulfilment depending on the warehouse that your item ships from and the destination. Please refer to our shipping policy for further information.

What Countries Do You Ship To?

We only ship within the United States and limited territories, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Order processing typically takes 2-5 days and then your order is shipped the fastest most economical way to you. Please refer to our shipping policy for further information.

Special Note: Orders from international distributor warehouses can take up to 30 days for delivery.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your item ships you will be emailed a tracking link with shipping details. You may also login to your account for updates or visit our Order Tracking page.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I Return An Item?

We have a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition with tags and packaging. Refer to our return policy for more details.

How Do I Get A Return Shipping Label?

When you generate a return from with in your account you will be issued a return label by email once your return is approved.

What Do I Do If I Receive A Defective Item?

Log in to your account and generate a return. Once approved you will be emailed a return label for the item. You will then be given an option to request a replacement or a refund.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 days from when we receive the item(s).

Are Your Products New, Used Or Refurbished?

All of our products are new, we do not sell used or refurbished products.

Products are shipped in manufacturer packaging with the exception of when we have to separate bundles to meet an order for a particular product in which case your item is shipped in a repackaged, white box.

What if I Can't Find A Product In Your Store?

If you can not find the product you need, please contact us. We can search our wide connection of suppliers and distributors to search if the product is available.
